********Note that volunteers must first have completed online training, have be screened, and payment cleared before their enrollment is complete on 4-H Connect. They will not be able to start the event registration process until enrollment approval and payment have been made. To insure enrollment payments are processed quicker, volunteers should pay with the credit / debit card payment. Checks at this point will only hold up your process.  Any registrations incomplete at the time registrations closes on the 6^th will not be processed.

2017 Shooting Sports Texas Teams Application

The application for 2017 Texas 4-H Shooting Sports Teams to represent Texas at the Shooting Sports National Invitational summer 2017 will be open on 4-H Connect August 15-October 11.

Youth must re-enroll and be approved as an active 4-H member on 4-H Connect for the 2016-17 4-H year to be able to access the application.

Please take special notice of events coming early in the new 4-H year, specifically Shooting Sports Coach Trainings, and encourage participants to enroll/re-enroll quickly via 4H Connect so that process can be completed in time to make the event registration deadline.

State Games-Registration Open for All Disciplines!

Registration for Texas 4-H Shooting Sports State Games is open for all disciplines:

Step 1: 4-H Connect (General registration and payment submission) is open through June 15.

Step 2: iClays (specific event entry and scheduling) is now available for all disciplines—Archery, HMPR(Hunting, Muzzleloading, Pistol, & Rifle), & Shotgun

The State Games Handbook containing all the pertinent event information, detailed registration instructions, etc, is available on the Shooting Sports webpage: http://texas4-h.tamu.edu/projects/shooting-sports under the “Contests” tab.
