A Practice Contest for the Wildlife
Habitat Education Program (WHEP) will be held on February 9, 2013 at Fort Boggy State Park in Centerville, TX. This practice contest is open to anyone interested in
learning more about the program or wanting to practice their learned
skills to better prepare for the actual contests offered in the spring
and summer. The event is open to youth and adults to participate. The
contest will be modified slightly to fit it into one day. Officials
will be presented following each contest activity. Registration opens
on
4-H Connect on December 1, 2012 and closes January 20, 2013.
